You should not have to watch the timer

Looking at a screen mid-set is a good way to lose count and a bad way to train. Each interval is announced out loud by name, so you know what is coming without breaking position, and the announcements duck over your music rather than fighting it.

  • Tabata, HIIT, circuit and compound timer types
  • Text-to-speech announcements for each interval and exercise
  • Runs in the background or with the screen locked
  • Works alongside music playing from the same device
  • Lockable display so a stray touch cannot stop the clock
  • Vibration and customisable colors

Build the timer you actually need

Tabata and standard HIIT are preset, but the compound timer lets you chain different work and rest lengths into a single sequence, useful for circuits where the stations are not all the same length, or for a warm-up that runs straight into the working intervals.

It keeps going

Lock the phone, switch apps, put it in your pocket. The timer keeps running and keeps talking. The display can also be locked so that setting the phone down on a bench does not accidentally reset your round.

Common questions

Does it work with my music?
Yes. It plays alongside any music app on the same device, and the interval announcements come in over the top.
Will it keep timing if I lock the screen?
Yes. The timer runs in the background and with the screen locked.
Can I save timers to reuse?
Yes. Timers you build are saved so you are not rebuilding the same circuit every week.
