Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Vandersoft apps (the "Applications") for mobile devices, created by Vandersoft (the "Service Provider") as a freemium service.
By downloading or using an Application, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before using the Application.
Unauthorised copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to making the Application as useful and efficient as possible, and reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Your device and your data
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and your access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which removes the software restrictions imposed by your device's official operating system. Doing so may expose your phone to malware, viruses and malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and may cause the Application to function incorrectly or not at all.

The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:
Connectivity and charges
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection, whether Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity because you do not have Wi-Fi access or have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement still applies. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data used while connected to the Application, or other third-party charges. By using the Application you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming charges if you use the Application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have the bill payer's permission.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for how you use the Application. For example, it is your responsibility to keep your device charged; if it runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.
Accuracy and liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, it relies on third parties to provide information that is then made available to you. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality of the Application.
Updates and termination
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. The Application is currently available under the requirements of the operating systems it supports; those requirements may change, and you will need to download updates if you want to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application so that it remains relevant to you or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. You agree to accept updates to the Application when they are offered to you.
The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless you are informed otherwise, upon termination (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms end, and (b) you must stop using the Application and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
Changes to these terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. Any changes will be notified by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
These terms and conditions are effective as of 20 March 2025.
