Holding a plank while watching a timer is miserable

Counting down your own hold makes every second longer. The app times each interval and tells you out loud when to switch, so you can put the phone on the floor and concentrate on not sagging.

  • 30 days of plank workouts already programmed
  • Six difficulty levels
  • Rest days built into the schedule
  • Demo video for every variation
  • Audio prompts so you can hold position without watching a clock
  • Works offline

It gets harder on purpose

Week one is comfortable. That is the design: the hold times and variations increase steadily so that day 30 asks something of you that day 1 could not have. Six difficulty levels mean the same thirty-day shape works whether you are starting from nothing or already hold two minutes.

Rest days matter here too

Core work is still work. The rest days in the schedule are what let the hold times keep climbing rather than plateauing in week two.

Common questions

Do I need equipment?
No. A floor, and ideally something softer than concrete for your elbows.
What if I cannot hold the full time?
Drop to a lower difficulty level rather than breaking form. A shorter plank held properly does more than a long one with your hips in the air.
Is it free?
Yes, the app is free to download.
